Return Policy

We want you to feel good about what you get from Chaesar Videos. Most of our merchandise is created in small batches and in collaboration with artists, but if something doesn’t work out, we’ll do our best to help.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return for buyer’s remorse or other reasons as long as the item:

  • Is unused and undamaged

  • Is returned in its original packaging

  • Is shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as you notice the issue. We’ll work with you to:

  • Send a replacement (if available), or

  • Issue a full refund

Photos of the issue may be requested so we can fix it properly.

Limited Releases

Some items are produced in very limited quantities. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be provided instead.

Shipping

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

  • Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays
